Graham was created by the Transport Accident Commission (TAC) based in Victoria, Australia for their campaign on helping people understand the relevance of designing safer roads. Graham, who is made of silicone and real human hair, was a brainchild of an artist, trauma surgeon, and car investigation expert with the goal of illustrating how human should look like to withstand the different forces of car accidents.
